Terra Milligan
Terra is a visionary’s integrator and community steward whose path has woven together service, art, technology, and global culture. Her journey has taken her from serving in the military, to co-founding a large immersive art park and retreat center, to producing events that range from intimate gatherings to large-scale international productions. Along the way, she has also helped operationalize tech incubators in the Bay Area and abroad, bringing creative visions into action at the intersection of innovation and community building. Terra holds a deep passion for beauty and designing environments that foster thriving ecosystems.
