This Privacy Policy describes the information Geoship S.P.C. (collectively, “Geoship” “we” or “us”) collects or allows others to collect from you and your computer or device when you use https://dev.geoship.is or other interactive services provided by Geoship that link to or refer to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Geoship Services” or “our Services”). This Privacy Policy also explains how that information may be used and shared and the choices you have to limit or prevent certain uses or sharing of that information.
By using or accessing the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may update our Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we do this and the changes are material, we will post a notice that we have made changes to this Privacy Policy at [https://geoship.is/privacy-policy/] for at least 7 days before the changes are made, and we will indicate the date these terms were last revised at the top of the Privacy Policy. We will also use reasonable efforts to notify you via email, if you have an account with us. Any revisions to this Privacy Policy will become effective at the end of that 7 day period.

Children: Our Services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this Services or through any of its features, register on the Services, make any purchases through the Services, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Services, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. We, our service providers, and our vendors working on our behalf automatically collect certain information about your computer or device and your interactions with our Services through certain tracking technologies. The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Services. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Services.
Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

How We May Disclose Your Information
We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy to fulfill the order or purchase you make on our website or otherwise fulfill the purpose for which you provided it. We may also disclose your personal information:

Data Retention and User Choices
Data Retention. We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to provide you with the Services and for legitimate and essential business purposes, such as maintaining the performance of the Services, making data-driven business decisions about new features and offerings, complying with our legal obligations, and resolving disputes. We keep some of your personal information for as long as you are a user of the Services.
If you request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information so that it no longer identifies you, unless we are legally allowed or required to maintain certain personal information, including situations such as the following:
If there is an unresolved issue relating to your account, such as an outstanding credit on your account or an unresolved claim or dispute we will retain the necessary personal information until the issue is resolved;
Where we need to retain the personal information for our legal, tax, audit, and accounting obligations, we will retain the necessary personal information for the period required by applicable law; and/or,
Where necessary for our legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention or to maintain the security of our users.
User Choices. You can review and change your personal information by logging into your account and changing your preferences on the account profile page.
Do Not Track Signals
We do not currently respond to browser do-not-track signals. Instead, we adhere to the standards set out in this Privacy Policy and offer the choices described above.
Some third party sites keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, your web browser may allow you to set the do-not-track signal so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.
Security
We employ physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards in an effort to secure the information we collect. These safeguards vary based on the sensitivity of the information. Because no security system is impenetrable, however, we cannot guarantee the security of our databases or that information you supply will never be intercepted, accessed, or disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy. Because most email and mobile transmissions are not encrypted, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email, text messages, or other mobile transmissions.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Our Services contain links to other sites, applications, platforms and services operated by third parties whose privacy policies we don’t control and may differ significantly from ours. For instance, clicking or tapping on a sponsorship credit or some third-party logos on the Services will take you to an entirely different site or service that may collect, use and share information in ways that Geoship would not. You also may access Geoship content and the Services from a third-party site or service that may collect, use and share information in ways that Geoship would not. Geoship is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party services and we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of any such sites or services you visit or access.
Nevada Opt Out
Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated address: love@dev.geoship.is. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will also use reasonable efforts to notify you by email to the email address specified in your account. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Website and this privacy policy to check for any changes.
